"NEW" LOOKING FOR
San Jose at History Park, "Spirit of
'45 Day".
We celebrate the anniversary of the
end of WWII annually..
August 13th and 14th.
We
take History Park and transform it
into 1945 and do all we can to honor
our veterans, even veterans not in
WWII, and of course the entire WWII
Generation! It's a great event and
many people come out to celebrate
with the veterans and their
families!
We were hoping to get some period
cars (such as the early '40s) to our
event and were wondering who'd be
interested in coming. It would be
great to fill the park as much as
possible to really present a 1940's.
Any way you can help would be
greatly appreciated! Please check
out our national website at
www.spiritof45.org
for more information. Hope to hear
from you soon.
Thanks,
Laura Jimenez
